The apartment was fully equipped with an amazing view really close to sights, shops, restaurants as well as beautiful Lisbon. The staff were very attentive and attentive, I appreciated them all.

The flat was excellent, only 5 minutes walk from the an art gallery. Rooms - huge with modern appliances. Staff were flexible, had a very enjoyable stay on vacation. We appreciated easy check-in too. Parking was on site. Marvellous and fantastic location in a secure area.

The apartment at Chiado Mercy Apartments | Lisbon Best was beautifully renovated and had a modern design. It was exceptionally clean and located in a great neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The underground parking was a convenient amenity. We were impressed with the high-quality equipment in the kitchen, including the provided detergents and supplies. The bed and sofa were comfortable, and the host was helpful in providing sightseeing information. we had an excellent and cozy stay.

Although the bed was not as comfortable as we prefer, it was still acceptable. Additionally, there was a slight sewage smell in the small bathroom, but keeping the door closed resolved the issue.

I recently stayed at an apartment in a vibrant area, surrounded by charming neighborhoods. The location was very central, yet surprisingly quiet. It was just a short walk to the time-out market and several other attractions. The apartment itself was beautiful, modern, and immaculately clean. I loved the attention to detail, such as the fresh fruit, water, and coffee pods provided. The building had two spacious elevators, which made getting around easy. it was a fantastic experience.

The only downside was that there wasn't a buzzer on the front door. This created a bit of inconvenience, especially for international travelers who may not always have a phone.

Convenient location, close to traditional trams. Crisply clean towels and well-equipped kitchen. Easy access with code entry. Pleasant and professional host.

We were absolutely blown away by the value for our money at Chiado Mercy Apartments. The room was beyond our expectations, with all the amenities you could possibly need, including a TV integrated in the bathroom mirror! The location couldn't have been better, with easy walking access to popular spots like the Time-Out Market and the seaside. The staff, from the receptionists to the cleaners, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Breakfast delights could've been improved with a wider variety of options.
